I enjoyed a lovely weekend stay. The staff were attentive and the service was very good. My room had high standards including beautiful linens and towels. The spa facilities offered relaxation options like a clean pool and a well-equipped gym. I also loved the champagne bar and the comfortable lounge areas. The grounds are well maintained. I plan to hit the golf course next time.
The only minor issue was breakfast. There was only one coffee machine and it often had a queue. I found it lacking in some standard options, like cheese and ham. An additional coffee station would improve the experience.

the grounds were beautiful. i also found the breakfast to be top notch, with very good quality ingredients (i was impressed). the room was spacious and included a really comfortable bed.
my room had no drawers for clothes. additionally, the window needed to be kept open with a dog bowl (it was a bit inconvenient). i asked for the window to be fixed and a set of drawers, but nothing happened for two days.

the room was clean and tidy, as expected for a hotel in this category.
The greens on the calverley golf course were in poor condition (they were weedy). the claret jug bar had limited drink options after the first round of golf. only coors lager was available, and other pumps were empty. No snacks such as crisps or nuts were available.

The staff showed respect, something I value highly. The hotel looked festive, decorations were really good in all areas. I especially thank Oliver, he assisted us . Meals tasted great and portions seemed good.
I thought the toiletries were poor, the hotel lacked separate shampoo, body wash, and conditioner.

The room had Sky TV and a mini fridge. Our spacious room felt very comfy and tidy. We used the jacuzzi, sauna and steamroom, it was relaxing.
The twin beds were only three inches apart.
